In facility management, employees’ unique skills and high technical knowledge are necessary to operate buildings efficiently safely. Employees acquiring professional requires the use of an effective training procedure. Traditional management is often challenging because it using real devices in a work environment. It only sometimes possible stop these devices. Additionally, there risk equipment damage or injury employees. Therefore, organizing staff virtual reality (VR) seems interesting. Properly conducted employees allows for reconstruction identical test conditions all participants, thanks which comparability results achieved. addition, in-depth analysis each participant’s results. We can carefully analyze their movement, how they perform task, even attention directed critical elements. To be able such analysis, was proposed eye-tracking technology VR glasses used during evaluation Eye movement tracking accurate focus participant on elements decision-making process. enables obtaining much more comprehensive information concentration correctness employee’s actions. The result research development concept environment evaluating technology, enabling improve verify qualifications very comfortable way without need access existing infrastructure. developed procedure also classification participants as fast slow learners, important employer, identifies who require additional support. approach verified realization selected with 100 working implemented commercially offered service.
